課程概述

本課程涵蓋基礎免疫學、抗體製備生成、抗體工具之應用,並包含介紹單株抗體免疫療法。實習內容包含抗體相關技術操作 (包含免疫組織化學染色法 immunohistochemistry (IHC)、免疫螢光染色 immunofluorescence (IF)、酵素結合免疫吸附分析法 enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA)、流式細胞儀 flow assay)。研究生可以攜帶自己的抗體及檢體或細胞株用於實驗課流程中,在課程結束後就可以獲得有用的研究論文data,加入自己的研究論文中。
The objective of this course is to introduce antibody-related experimental design and basic techniques commonly used in biotechnology. The course will first explain the basic immunology concepts of molecular genetics of immunoglobulin. This will be followed by the basic hybridoma technology concepts and antibody-related techniques, including: immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunofluorescence (IF), enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), flow cytometry, and western blot. Emphasis will be placed on experimental design and the interpretation of data. In addition, the course will introduce the student to the latest applications of monoclonal antibody in diagnostic medicine, molecular and cellular research, as well as in the targeted therapy of some human and animal diseases.

(1) 瞭解基礎免疫學,以及抗體的合成機制。
(2) 探討抗體工具的製備,及其可能的應用。
(3) 使修課的研究生能夠把自己的研究與本課程結合起來。
(4) 推廣抗體技術以促進本所研究生論文之深度與廣度。
The objective of this course is to introduce basic immunology, antibody-related experimental design and techniques commonly used in biotechnology. 
課程要求
必須修過生物化學及實驗,最好修過免疫學。
